This is a continuation of Lumbars Part 1. Advanced Lumbar Adjusting and Case Management of the Acute Low Back (Step-by-Step), including how to choose which lumbar adjustment to use for your patient (Push, Pull, Knee Chest, or Hilo) and advanced Reversed Finger Push adjustments. Special considerations for how to adjust a patient with a knee or hip replacement, or with Sciatic Neuralgia. You will learn how to place the patient on your table and how to orient yourself for best leverage and how to deliver a thrust so it feels like a "warm knife in butter".
